today was very thunderstorm rainy. there is a very old air conditioner unit in my window, and partly out of it. sometimes the rain is noisy on the hanging out bit.

i'm gonna start looking for another job after ashville, after sunday. i hope i find one that is tolerable. or nice even. with atleast six bucks after taxes. brently works at a sign maker place that is in need of a seamstress. i'll go up there monday and see what is goin on. maybe work there in the morning and maybe at a bookstore or someother quiet place in the afternoon. this would be lovely.

and maybe i could find a cheap room in town, not one of those appt buildings, but maybe a room in the back of an old house. just with a little bathroom and little kitchen. and i'd paint it and the brents and bill and roxy, when she's home, could come over and eat lasagna and watch movies.
